Orders are processed, packaged and shipped within two business days. You will receive an email with your delivery confirmation number when the package has been sent. Currently we do not normally ship outside of the United States/Canada. In some special cases we do ship internationally. If you would like to have your order shipped outside of North America, please email us directly, info(at)licknyc.com If there is any problem with delivery, please get in touch with us. Keep in mind that LICK cannot be held responsible for lost packages shown as “delivered”. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
Do not be surprised if your shipment comes in a box that looks like it has already been used. We are kind of big on recycling.
We do not offer any refunds. Exchanges are available for equal value. A request for exchange must be received to us at orders(at)licknyc.com within 14 days of receipt of goods. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Items to be exchanged must be in good standing and will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
